His name is Janardan and he ws given by hg Jananivasa prabhu when he saw the nice standard of Deity worship that takes place at the Chowpatty temple

........................every Sunday He is dressed as a different incarnation
but originally he is a Gopal  - natha ji like in New Vrndavan
